I am hopping on here to write out what I’ve been doing and how it’s going. I’ve read the ebook and come to the zooms. I’ve been eating carnivore for three and a half years. In that time I’ve lost weight at almost 80 pounds but have put on 10 in the last year. I still have 60 lbs to lose according to the height/weight suggestion. Honestly I can’t imagine myself at 125 lbs at 5’ 5.5”. I’ve been in a larger body my whole life. Even in high school I was 150 lbs and swimming two practices a day. I was skinny at that weight. In college I was 160 and rowing two workouts a day. Still skinny looking. So to think at 55 years old now I need to be 125 pounds is making me crazy. My largest weight was 260 and now I’m at 187. Honestly I’m just glad I’m able to wear a L/XL now and can get regular size clothing.
Now on to the other stuff. Since the start of October I’ve been tracking faithfully on MyNetDiary and eating in a calorie deficit averaging around 1200 per day. Macros ...
