6 Habits of "Naturally" Thin People

1) Leaving Food on the Plate:
Thin people don't view unfinished food as a "dilemma" or a waste. They are comfortable stopping when they are full, rather than feeling obligated to clear the plate
2) High Value on Body Size and Movement:
They appreciate having a body that can move and function well. This often translates to "exercising without exercising"—such as choosing to walk further rather than searching for the closest parking spot.
3) Willingness to Say "No Thank You": They are comfortable turning down food, even if it's something they enjoy, simply because they aren't hungry or don't feel like having it at that moment. It is a "normal" part of their routine
4) Not Constantly Talking or Thinking About Food:
They don't spend their time "blabbing" about food, posting dessert photos on social media, or planning their next meal while still eating the current one. Food is fuel, not a constant mental preoccupation.
5) Feeding the Body They Want:
They have an intuitive connection to their goals and eat specifically for the body size they wish to maintain, which helps them recognize when they've had enough without needing a second helping.
6) Indulging Guilt-Free (The "Splurge" Mindset):
Because they eat healthily the majority of the time, they can enjoy treats like a Cinnabon or chocolate milk without guilt. However, their "splurges" are controlled and infrequent, rather than "grotesque" amounts of food.

These habits may feel "unnatural" at first—much like learning a new golf swing—training yourself to adopt these mindsets is the key to long-term weight loss

Just joined. Watched the first video back in Oct. Where's the ebook that was discussed? How do I access it?

Hello Everyone, newbie here! My journey started almost 9 years ago. My doctor told me I had pre-diabetes. I started KETO, reversed it and lost 90 pounds. I was so excited since I had been dieting all my life. In 2019, I did a Carnivore Challenge inspired by Dr. Berry. After the challenge I never went all the way back KETO. That's where Kinda Karnivore came from as I just use a few carbs as condiments. In 2020 during the pandemic, I relapsed gaining 20+. I was so sad, I thought I was strong enough to have a bite, that turned in to leftovers, the the weekend, then months. It took my all year to get the weight back off as a Carnivore. It was easier when I lost the 90. I realized the I'm addicted to starchy carbs and sugar. I was so sad because I thought I conquered this. Long story short every Christmas since 2020 I've been relapsing, gaining 20+ and having a miserable rest of the year losing the weight again. Now that I'm 60, I'm gonna stop this habit, loose it for the last time. I've ...
